Success Stories
I started receiving coaching from Dr Wesley Morris at a time when there were many challenges in my personal life.
I did not realise then the impact this would have on my work as a primary school teacher and Early Years Leader.
Since the coaching the principal has noticed a change in my approach in dealing with responsibilities. As a consequence she has felt secure in increasing my duties in new job roles. This includes a lead on the Senior Management Team, increasing my leadership across two key stages, giving me a team of eight instead of five which means I am responsible for a third of the teaching staff. In addition, I am also now the Deputy Child Protection Officer.
The principal has seen in me the changes which indeed I have felt when dealing with my colleagues. I have become a more efficient leader in that I am able to see the positive in my staff and develop this. As a consequence the department has a more positive approach to teamwork and teachers are more productive with their time and plan effectively.
I have taught all my life but now my interaction with my pupils has reached another level. I feel more in tune with them as individuals, developing them with a personalised learning approach. As a result, the class is calm where children as young as five are learning to take charge of their behaviour. They are more motivated and enjoy their learning.
The pinnacle of all of this was the school's recent Government OFSTED inspection. The inspectors greatly praised the children's progress, learning and confidence in my class. The attainment levels for this age group have far surpassed the national average.
The comments on my leadership and management skills included "proactive", "excellent", "innovative" and "outstanding"
The final report state that the teaching, learning, progress, leadership and management is "outstanding": the highest level awarded.
None of this would have been possible prior to the transformation coaching I received from Dr Wesley Morris.
It is not only me, or my department, but now the whole school that has benefitted from my transformation.
I will conclude by saying that this is definitely the way forward to develop the school in all areas to be not just successful but outstanding.
Dr. Wesley Morris has done this for our school.
He comes most highly recommended.
Elvira Barnes, Primary School Teacher and Early Year Leader, Manchester Muslim Preparatory School, England. 2010
I have known Wesley for two years. During those two years I have received coaching from him on both business and personal matters. We have attended educational seminars together and he has coached friends and associates of mine. I consider him a close and cherished friend and colleague.
As a business and personal coach Wesley has exceptional skills. The speed and clarity with which he is able to diagnose the cause of problems is remarkable. He has the knowledge and ability to move individuals towards positive and lasting change with speed and ease, and is able to leave people feeling totally empowered. He is truly in the business of producing transformation and I believe he is a gifted and natural coach.
Wesley has very impressive academic qualifications including a PhD, but more importantly he has drawn skills from an extensive range of life experiences and professional training which has provided him with a totally unique insight into and awareness of human behaviour. This enriches his ability as a coach/consultant.
More personally I would like to add to this character appraisal, that Wesley is completely genuine person who is enthusiastic, compassionate and totally committed to his work, often freely giving hours of his time to help friends or colleagues in difficulty. He is a man who demonstrates total trustworthiness, reliability and integrity in every area of his life, all of which makes him a very special person indeed.
As such I have complete confidence in recommending Wesley to any group or individual who is in need of truly powerful coaching/consultancy skills and I am proud to have him as a friend and colleague.

I have greatly enjoyed our discussions. I think you have an absolutely fabulous smile which lights up the day. It sort of disarms you and relaxes all the self protection system built in to us all.
Your skills and training allow great perception – to the point when I know you know the problems which are of concern to one, and more frustrating you know the answers as well!!
The answer of course is within one self and the confidence and ability and determination to see some thing through. There is nothing that cannot be done if you put your mind to it.
Your skill is being able to release the potential from each individual such that they achieve their own extraordinary result – what ever that may be.
I am happy that in many respects I have personally achieved many extraordinary results and that the team here will go on to achieve their own individual and collective successes.
Many thanks for the part you have played and I wish you (and Christine) great success in the future.
